Hi, I'm Glenda
I'm a self confessed yarn addict and I love natural fibres.
I have been working professionally with colour for over 25 years, as a designer in the papercraft industry, as an artist, a web designer and now as a dyer. I love to crochet and I also spin my own yarn from my hand dyed fibre.
I work from my beautiful studio in Scotland's most southerly village on the Rhins of Galloway peninsula, looking out at the sea every day.
The Joy of Colour
I have a deep affection for the colours of the sea – the many shades of blue, the warm ochre sands, the dramatic fiery colours of a sunset and even the greys of a moody sky or a pebble beach. These shades hold a special place in my heart and serve as constant inspiration for my creative journey.
Each skein of yarn or length of fibre is crafted with care, aiming to capture the essence of joy and beauty that colours bring into our lives.
